According to my knowledge, I thought "Elemental Bane" was by default a 4th level spell accessible to all Warlocks, so I am confused as the benefit it would have on the expanded spell list, as well.
If you chose to switch it out for an alternative spell option, perhaps another 4th level water based spell or maybe "Aura of Purity". I know "Aura of Purity" seems like an odd choice to suggest from a thematic stand point, but snow is white and in some cultures the color white symbolize purity. The idea of purifying snow seems interesting, as additionally water in some religious beliefs is linked to purification, as well.
Anyways this is merely my feedback, I love your Homebrew work and I wish you best of luck creating new material! :3
